Privacy policy

ZConsulto (“we”) runs zconsulto.com. This page explains what we collect through the website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us: when you use the contact form or e-mail us, we receive what you send: your e-mail address, and if you give them, your name, company, message and any screenshot you attach.
• How you use the site: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records things like the pages you open, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location (country or city). It uses cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one. We don’t use it to identify you.
• HubSpot cookies: our site also uses HubSpot’s tracking code. Its cookies (such as hubspotutk and __hstc) record which of our pages a browser opens, so that if you send us a message we can see which pages you read first. We use this only to understand and answer enquiries.
• Basic server data: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To answer your message and deliver the work you ask us for.
• To understand which pages help visitors, and to improve the site.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

• HubSpot handles the contact form: it stores what you send, including any screenshot you attach, and e-mails us a copy.
• Google provides Google Analytics, carries our e-mail (Google Workspace), and runs reCAPTCHA, which checks contact-form messages for spam.
• Hostinger hosts the website.

They process the data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Messages: as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our work with you, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics data: kept for 14 months, then deleted by Google.

Your choices

• Write to info@zconsulto.com to see, correct or delete the details you sent us.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser (this also stops HubSpot’s cookies), or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Do Not Track

Our website doesn’t change its behaviour when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
